FIRST AID PROCEDURES

Inhalation:

Seek fresh air immediately.  If breathing is difficult see physician. 

Eye Contact :

Flush immediately with clean water for as least 15 minutes.

Skin Contact:

Flush skin with plenty of water if splashed/spilled on oneself.

Ingestion:

Give water to dilute.  Contact a physician immediately.

Chronic Effects:

Harmful if swallowed.  May cause eye damage.  May cause skin irritation if not washed off in due time. 

NOTES TO PHYSICIANS: This product contains an organic base solvent (keto/amine) and is capable of causing irritation to tissue including those of the gastrointestinal tract when ingested.  Treatment consistent with the ingestion of strong bases is advised.

SPILL OR LEAK HANDLING INFORMATION

Personal Protection:

Chemical splash goggles or full face shield.

Containment of Spill:

Boom containment measures as appropriate, dilution of spill with water and directing effluent to drains is also effective. Product is biodegradable.

Cleanup and Disposal Spill:

Small spills may be wiped up with absorbent towels.  Larger spills should be contained, absorbed and placed in suitable containers for disposal.  Incinerate or Landfill waste in a properly permitted facility complying with federal, state and local regulations.
